Easily Claim recommends if you have been the victim of a violent crime and suffered injuries as a result, in the first instance, you should contact the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. The CICA administers the criminal injuries compensation scheme throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

They can be found at www.CICA.gov.uk or alternatively, you may contact their enquiry line on 0800 358 3601.

You should not need legal advice or representation in order to apply for compensation with the CICA, however, if you do decide to ask Easily Claim for help, there will be a charge for our services, which you will have to settle. Our fees will not be greater than 20% plus VAT of the awarded compensation
