Personal Injury News: North West preventing slips, trips and falls
One of the fastest growing industries is in consultation with the Health and Safety Executive to make Call Centres a safer place to work. Slips, trips and falls are the most common cause of major injury within this industry which has over 68,000 employees in the North West alone.

This latest initiative, the North West Contact Centre Project, has brought together contact centres, health and safety experts, local authorities and union representatives who have produced guidance on how these incidents can be avoided in the workplace.

This plan to improve the working environment for all call centre staff is hoped to not only improve the number of accidents in the workplace but also to reduce sickness absence and thus increase productivity.
